We respect your privacy and give you the ability to delete your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please send an email to:

(from the same email address you used to register on the app).

In your request, please include:

• Your full name (as registered)

• Your registered email address

• A short confirmation message (e.g., “I want to delete my Rising Edu Hire account.”)
  
  

What Happens When We Delete Your account? 

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Delete your account profile.

2. Remove your discussion posts and other user-generated content.

3. Delete your contact details and login credentials from our database.

4. Stop all email notifications and updates linked to your account.
   
   

Data We May Retain Temporarily

legal and financial reporting purposes, we may retain some information, such as:

• Transaction or payment history

• Records required by law

This data will be stored securely and automatically deleted after the required retention period (maximum 90 days).

Timeline

Your account will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.
