Rising Edu Hire (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an online platform that connects students/parents and tutors, and may also offer optional paid services such as premium listings, featured profiles, subscriptions, or service fees (“Paid Services”). This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when you can cancel and when refunds apply.
1) Definitions
User: Any person using the Rising Edu Hire website or app.
Paid Services: Any paid feature offered by Rising Edu Hire, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, listing upgrades, or service fees.
Third-party payments: Payments processed by app stores (Apple App Store/Google Play) or third-party gateways (for example, Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal).
2) Cancellations
A) Subscriptions (website payments)
If you purchased a subscription through our website/payment link:
You can cancel at any time from your account settings (if available) or by emailing cancel@risingeduhire.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at purchase.
B) Purchases through Apple App Store / Google Play
If you purchased a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple or Google, cancellation must be done through your Apple/Google account. Refunds are handled according to their policies.
3) Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases, subject to verification:
Eligible cases
Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
Payment captured but service not activated: Payment succeeded, but the Paid Service was not enabled within a reasonable time.
Technical error attributable to us: A confirmed technical issue on our side prevented you from using the Paid Service.
Unauthorized transaction: If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, report it immediately.
Not eligible (typically)
Change of mind after the service has been used (for example, premium listing already applied, featured boost already delivered, or subscription period already started).
Issues caused by your device, internet, or third-party app store problems outside our control.
Disputes between tutors and parents regarding tutoring quality, attendance, or outcomes (unless a specific paid package from us states otherwise).
Fees charged by banks/payment providers (such as currency conversion or processing fees), which may be non-refundable.
4) Refund Window and Processing Time
Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of the transaction date unless a different window is shown at checkout.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
5) How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Your name
Registered email/phone
Transaction ID / payment reference
Date of payment
Reason for request
Screenshots or error details (if applicable)
We may request additional information to verify the claim.
6) Partial Refunds
Where applicable, we may provide partial refunds (for example, where only part of a Paid Service was delivered). Any such refund is determined based on usage, benefits already delivered, and verification.
7) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank/payment provider without contacting us first, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to reach out to refund@risingeduhire.com so we can assist you promptly
